What we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 23 August 2026Applies to this website and all Raima Naturals correspondence

This policy explains what personal information Raima Naturals collects through this website, why we collect it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

01Who we are

Raima Naturals Private Limited — formerly known as Atkalapa Biotechnology LLP — is a specialty essential oil and extracts company based in Tripura, India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described below.

02What we collect

Only what you type into our sample-request form, and anything you subsequently send us by email. Specifically:

We do not ask for, and this website cannot take, payment card details, bank details, identity documents or any special category of personal data. If you volunteer such information in a message, we will ask you to send it through a more appropriate channel and delete it from our inbox.

What this site does not do

This website sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no visitor tracking of any kind. There is nothing here to opt out of, because there is nothing here collecting you in the background.

03Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a commercial conversation, to quote, ship and invoice. That includes sending you the sample documentation — botanical identity, origin district, harvest window, extraction method, batch reference and the analysis we hold on that lot.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time (see section 07). We will not add you to a marketing list, and we will not send you anything unrelated to the enquiry you made.

04Who else sees it

We keep the chain deliberately short. Three third parties are involved in getting your message from the form to us, and each is named here so you can make your own judgement about them.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with data brokers, advertising networks or lead-generation services, and we do not pass your details to other suppliers or buyers without asking you first.

05Transfers outside India

Because of the services named above, your enquiry is stored and processed on servers located outside India, principally in the United States. By submitting the form you consent to that transfer. We use these services because they are the ordinary infrastructure of a small business website; we do not transfer your data anywhere else.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted from our inbox within 24 months. Where we go on to supply you, we keep the correspondence and transaction records for as long as we must under Indian tax, company-law and export record-keeping obligations — generally eight years from the end of the relevant financial year — and then delete them.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner. We will, unless a specific legal obligation requires us to keep a particular record.

07Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 you may ask us to:

Write to raimanaturals@gmail.com and we will act on the request within a reasonable period, ordinarily inside 30 days. There is no charge.

08Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, raise it with our grievance contact first — we would rather fix it ourselves.

If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

09Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to our inbox is limited to the people who need it and protected by two-factor authentication. No small company can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Rules require, rather than hope you do not notice.

10Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to the purposes for which we use your data will be notified to you directly where we hold your contact details.
